What do you value the most in employees as an employer?

The staff working at VIV Living Tervisemaja are mostly healthcare professionals, so when hiring them, it is important that they have the necessary experience and education. Attitude towards work is just as important in our team – helpfulness, friendliness and openness. For us, it is very important that the employee proceeds from the customer and their wishes, and that the best solution for the customer is reached in cooperation.

Why did you decide to use the Scrubin platform?

As I had been looking for a psychiatrist to join the team for a while, we thought that firstly, we would offer flexibility to our employees and allow remote consultations (we have an in-house mental health nurse), and secondly, we would test the Scrubin platform, as the platform is specifically designed for healthcare professionals and therefore we reach the right candidates more efficiently.

Please describe your experience using the Scrubin platform.

Compared to other job portals, the Scrubin platform is much more specific. I liked the fact that the Scrubin platform is only for healthcare professionals and no one else. This means that job offers will be matched with applicants who qualify. In other words, the preparatory work has been done and you don’t have to sort out the suitable ones from many unsuitable CVs.
In addition, we found an employee relatively quickly. We started to use the platform in summer when doctors are also on vacation, but as soon as we received applications from psychiatrists, we also moved forward quickly. Within a month at the most, contracts had already been signed with the employee
