The Scrubin Awards recognize outstanding healthcare organizations, including hospitals, private clinics, pharmacies, GP centers, and professional associations. These awards highlight excellence in workplace culture, employee satisfaction, and organizational performance, as determined by anonymous, but verified user reviews on the Scrubin platform.

How are Scrubin Awards winners selected?

Winners are chosen based on feedback collected through anonymous, but verified reviews from healthcare professionals on the Scrubin platform. Reviews are analyzed for factors such as workplace satisfaction, professional growth opportunities, leadership, and overall organizational excellence. All healthcare workers who leave reviews are verified and can only submit a review if they have worked or are currently working at the organization. Results are announced annually at the beginning of the following year, in January.

How does Scrubin ensure the credibility of reviews?

Scrubin employs rigorous verification processes to ensure the authenticity of user accounts and reviews. Healthcare workers must verify their connection to the organization they review. To avoid data bias, we only publish reviews for organizations that have received more than three different user reviews. This ensures fairness and reliability in the awards process.

Can organizations showcase their Scrubin Award recognition?

Yes, winning organizations will receive official recognition, including a digital badge and certificate, which can be displayed on their websites, social media, and marketing materials to highlight their achievement.
