Is this the first major patient insurance case in Estonia and is the reason truly a violation of hygiene requirements? There are rumors that hospital management is in a panic and discussions are already underway about what needs to be reported and what does not.
It would be interesting to know how much is being discussed and trained regarding patient insurance among colleagues in other hospitals?
