Pros

I have never seen or experienced such strong cohesion and teamwork anywhere else (in a work context). There are many opportunities for personal development - training, international missions, etc. The schedules are well made, and changes can always be made if necessary.

Cons

Since the department is great, there are no job openings.

Pros

Management is good and is renewing itself, aside from the head of nursing who has been in position for a long time. The salary is acceptable and could always be better. The workload is fine.

Cons

There is gossip in the hospital, including from certain management members, which is genuinely sad.
