workload - during COVID times, no one monitored how much you were working, whether you were putting in extra hours, you could work yourself to exhaustion; once the COVID period was over, there was a lot of finger-pointing.
there is a lack of care for the people.
Management is good and is renewing itself, aside from the head of nursing who has been in position for a long time. The salary is acceptable and could always be better. The workload is fine.
There is gossip in the hospital, including from certain management members, which is genuinely sad.
Great team, professional and helpful nursing manager, flexible work schedule.
