I received a large amount of support in almost every field, good teamwork with both doctors and nurses. The senior nurse was always helpful.
I have not encountered any issues.
I was able to work according to my own schedule; some hours were fixed (pool hours, gym group trainings), but I could choose when during the day it was most convenient for me to take patients for physiotherapy.
Since I was a summer substitute, I couldn't blend into the team very well. I got along well with the other physiotherapists, but merging with the doctors was more difficult, yet we managed.
The internal department is challenging but the best place to work at Pärnu Hospital.
Many patients per nurse.
