The clinic's nursing manager and staff who were there before the new nursing center and staff rotation. My preferences regarding the schedule and daily work needs were taken into account, except during the COVID department period (which is unavoidable and understandable). The manager had excellent leadership skills (empathetic, understanding. Truly interested in the well-being of the staff). There were career advancement opportunities. I was able to rise twice in such a short time.
The downside was that the nursing center was created by the hospital and the workload at the clinic still did not continue.
Nice colleagues, good team, good communication with management, flexibility in schedules, pleasant working environment.
Occasionally high workload.
Only in a specific department was the management level very high. The dynamics among colleagues were good. Career opportunities are available.
Due to the lack of staff, the workload is rather high.
