A pleasant sense of belonging to the team, good teamwork, always greeted with smiles regardless of whether it was a bad or good day. Supportive members. There are opportunities for development and support (both voluntarily and mandatorily). The schedule is flexible, and accommodations are made. The flow of patients varies from day to day, but is mostly large - there is a bigger issue that does not depend on the ambulance service itself.
Cons
The fish starts to rot from the head, except for the department heads who are interested in changes, but management and the city are holding them back. Rarely, but occasionally there is harassment from team leaders.
