Good work environment, nice colleagues, family-friendly, good and long-term colleagues are recognized every year, events are organized for employees, internal training within the company. I enjoy helping people!

A lot of time spent at the computer, being on your feet. Sometimes it can be emotionally draining.

Good location, but the team at Nautica was not nice. There was no collaboration, and new people were not welcomed well.
